Omkaro (aka Om) uses deep presence, insightful dialogue, and energy work to quickly and powerfully identify and resolve that which is holding you back from feeling and experiencing the peace, joy, love and freedom that you truly are.

Om is gifted to be able to quickly identify and resolve that which holds you back from celebrating your life fully. Our pain can transform into joy instantly when we create a space where we can truly and fully allow ourselves to accept what's happening, feel our feelings without resistance. When we were very young, we often experienced trauma which was extremely hard to allow ourselves to feel, so we stuffed these feelings down, and continue to do so by various strategies of our mind and ego. Om holds a safe space to help us allow ourselves to finally feel these uncomfortable feelings without resistance, thus facilitating a healing of these wounds. Also, we are very often carrying untrue thoughts that we are believing to be true, which cause us major stress and suffering, as is reflected so well in the work of Byron Katie. Om is skilled at identifying these untrue beliefs and creating a space where these thoughts can be exposed and seen to be be untrue, thereby dissolving their negative impacts on our lives.

 

His sessions, which usually last for an hour or sometimes an hour and a half, involve deep presence, insightful dialogue, and energy work when called for.  He usually ends the session with a dynamic energy transmission which comes through him, to seal in and help integrate any healings that have occurred in the session.
